Washington Cascades Weather - Extended Outlook

NOAA is calling for above normal temperatures and above normal precipitation for the period 1-1-2020 to 1-7-2020. However I think temperatures at times will tend to be below normal at times given a northwest flow as indicated by the map below. Thus we should be adding to the snowpack, which certainly needs to be added to.
