Fagin's Hike of the Week: Garfield Ledges & Pratt River

Road FS 56 just closed from washout on 12-20-2019. A gravel slide has occurred restricting traffic 7.2 miles from Valley Camp on the Middle Fork Road (FSR 56). King County Roads Division notified and coned off road to stop traffic at CCC trail..

Cannot access till road re-opens. Close-in hike with two trail heads within .50 mile of each other. Garfield Ledges is short, slightly over 1 mile one way. You can also drive the short distance to the Pratt River Connector and go as long or short as you want. These trails are very low elevation so usually stay snow free.
