Fagin's Hike of the Week- Naches Peak Loop

This was hiked last October and the photos are from last October. If you want the fall colors wait several weeks. However always a great hike. This hike is started at Chinook Pass and enters Mt. Rainier National Park. Great fall colors should be in place through the middle of October.

Driving Directions: From Enumclaw drive east on SR 410 and go to Chinook Pass. Just 0.2 miles after the Pass find parking lot (Pacific Crest Trail) on left (north side) and park.

Trail Stats: 4 miles round trip and here is our track. We did this loop counterclockwise which offered views of Mt. Rainier often. To add on one can always add on and go to Sheep Lake and beyond.
