Fagin's Hike of the Week- Mt Teneriffe

The trailhead to this hike is just past Mt. Si and offers a great workout and views.

Driving directions: From I-90, take exit 32 (436th Avenue SE). Turn left (north) over the freeway and drive 0.5 miles to SE North Bend Way. Turn left (west), and in 0.25 mile turn right (north) on SE Mt Si Road. In 2.9 miles (past the Little Si and Mt Si trailheads), you will reach a  paved parking area on the left.

Trail stats: We went up trail to Teneriffe Falls however continued up on the old boot path that is steep!! Here is our track.  Only use this if you are comfortable with navigation and some minor scramble skills.  We went down the main route and total miles was close to 10.1 miles. If you took the main route both ways it is a total of 13 miles and about 4000' gain
