Forecast models bringing a trough of low pressure (see map below) and associated shot of cold air into our region starting Thursday November 2 and continuing through at least Monday November 6. This pattern will bring below normal temperatures and above normal precipitation. Some models suggest this continues into November 10. This pattern will tend to start to build our snowpack in the Washington Cascades.
