Instead of going to the lookout we did a short loop up to about 3000 feet so no need for snowshoes as there was just patchy snow. If one wanted to go to the lookout you will need snowshoes. Thanks to Dennis Long for photos and GPS track.

Driving Directions: From Enumclaw drive on State Highway 410 east and just before you get to the small town of Greenwater turn left on logging road FS 7125. This is just past MP 42. If you reach the town you have gone too far. Follow logging road FS 7125 short distnace and turn bear left (straight ahead is the gated road that you start at). Park on the left and do not block gate.
Trail stats: The loop below is about 4.7 miles roundtrip and 1500 foot gain. Critical to have a GPS to track this loop as this is on an unmarked trail that alternates between a trail and a gated logging road

We do not have the track to the summit but if you go it is about 9 miles roundtrip with a 3000 foot gain.
