Fagin's Hike of the Week- Owyhigh Lakes

With the hot weather this hike is in the shade much of the time and the wildflowers in prime conditions. Prefect hike now!! Thanks to Dennis Long for the photos and going to Mt. Rainier to get these photos.

Driving Directions: From Enumclaw, drive east 43 miles on State Route 410 to the Mt. Rainier  White River Entrance. Go about 3 miles to the trailhead parking area which is about 1 mile after crossing Shaw Creek.

Trail Stats: 8 miles roundtrip and 1650 feet gain.
