The extended forecast models through February 5 bring some troughs of low pressure moving into our region for early in the period along with some lower snow levels through this weekend (1-27-2013). Then a ridge of high pressure rebuilds early next week for some dry conditions. Then return of some wet conditions towards the end of the month. Weather goes back and forth between wet and dry conditions. The bottom line weather message is temperatures and mountain snowfall will be close to normal for the period now through 2-5-2013.
