Extended forecast through the end of the month are calling for temperatures to be below normal. The main reason for this is a weak trough of low pressure will be off the Washington Coast at times. This is illustrated with the map below (500 mb map-18,000 feet). With the a ridge of high pressure to our east and a trough to our west this will bring cooler temperatures
at times.
