Weather Washington Cascades: Extended Outlook

This coming weekend 4-20 and 4-21 will bring mild and dry conditions. However starting 4-22 and continuing through the end of the month we can expect below normal temperatures and above normal precipitation. This can be attributed to a trough of low pressure that will be off our coast.
