We will continue with much above normal temperatures and dry conditions through this upcoming weekend. Then models suggest some cooling starting next Wednesday. Then additional cooling by next Friday (see map below). Thus by August 4 and several days beyond we can expect below normal daytime temperatures. Precipitation, hard to get a good handle on that but not seeing much through August 4. Beyond August 7? Models suggest temperatures return to normal
