NOAA is predicting above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation for the period through June 13. However looking at the European model (see map below) it is showing a ridge of high pressure just to our east and a trough of low pressure just to our west. This type of pattern usually brings below normal temperatures and normal precipitation.
