Heavy precipitation and windy conditions will be the rule from Thursday till Monday 10-17 as a series of strong weather systems move in off the coast. Then by next Wednesday (10-19) or more likely Thursday (10-20) a ridge of high pressure builds for a dry pattern for several days.
