Fagin's Hike of the Week- Lake Valhalla

Easy access from Stevens Pass (Hwy 2) to the alpine lake, Lake Valhalla. We hiked the longer trail and if you wanted a short cut you could hike the trail that starts off the Smithbrook logging road.

Driving directions: Park at Stevens Pass off of Highway 2 and trail can be found on the north side of the road.

Trail stats: 12.5 miles roundtrip and a little over 1500 foot gain. Hike on the Pacific Crest Trail.  If you go via Smithbrook Road hike is about 7 miles roundtrip.
