Washington Cascades- Extended Outlook

Updated 3-23-2016

Some unsettled weather early in the forecast period, for today and Thursday, thus  precipitation on and off. Snow levels will be close to 4000 feet for today and Thursday and new snow of perhaps 6 to 10 inches from Wednesday night through Thursday night.

However starting on Tuesday 3-29 and continuing  till at least Friday 4-1 a strong ridge of high pressure builds for a mild and dry pattern.  With much of the snowpack in the Washington Cascades at or over 100% of normal looks like a good time for spring skiing for this extended.
