The is a road / old trail hike and no snowshoes were needed.. Note that this is difficult to follow so map and compass skills and GPS skills important. We did put the track (thanks to Dennis Long) of the trip. There is snow at 4200' and once at the top (4800') there is about 5 inches of snow..

Driving Directions: From Enumclaw drive on State Highway 410 east and just before you get to the small town of Greenwater turn left on logging road FS 7125. This is just past MP 42. If you reach the town you have gone too far. Follow logging road FS 7125 short distnace and turn bear left (straight ahead is the gated road that you start at). Park on the left and do not block gate.
Trail stats: This is about 9 miles roundtrip with a 3000 foot gain. Here is the track that Dennis Long put together for us.
