Forecast models are showing a pattern of below normal precipitation and temperatures for August 7 to August 13. The main reason for this is we have a trough of low pressure that forms off of the Washington Coast at timee. The 500 mb chart (map below at 18,000 feet) will tend to bring this pattern.
