The extended forecast models indicating a more zonal flow west to east for the end of October to early November. This tends to bring above normal precipitation and above normal temperatures. The 500 mb map (18,000 feet) below confirms this pattern as this shows the average position of the trough of low pressure off the Washington Coast.
